Educational Leader Certification
Leadership is an essential ingredient for ensuring that all of Louisiana’s children receive the education they need to succeed. Redesigning Lessons, Re-envisioning Principals (RLRP) is AIE’s principal certification program that develops social entrepreneurs ready to operate schools as successful nonprofit organizations while always focusing on student achievement.
Custom Professional Development
AIE provides tailored leadership and teacher professional development opportunities. Depending on your needs, AIE can deliver professional development in person, on/off-site, online, or a customized blended model.
Family Engagement
School districts and schools at all grade levels indicate that parent engagement in their students’ academic achievement is one of the biggest gaps in public education. Student Achievement through Family Engagement (SAFE) is a new service is customized and delivered to meet individual school and community needs. The goal of this service is to increase family engagement in student's academic lives, thereby increasing student achievement
CLU Opportunities
Continuing Learning Unit (CLU) Certificates are awarded to educators in attendance at all AIE seminars.
District Grant Writing
AIE offers grant-writing services to all school districts and charter management operators (CMOs) in Louisiana.
SLLA Test Preparation
As part of our educational leadership certification program, AIE offers a four-hour test prep session each Spring conducted by certified principals who have recently passed the exam.
Grant Writing Workshops
Grant funding allows teachers to provide students with educational experiences and materials that their districts may not be able to afford. Learn how they get those grants — and how you can get one too!
Charter School Design
Charter schools are public schools that operate with more organizational flexibility than most public schools. AIE provides assistance to groups aspiring to open charter schools by conceptualizing, designing, and providing support throughout the approval process.
